Credium Digital EAD intends to be authorised in the Republic of Bulgaria as its home member state under MiCA.
The competent authority for MiCA CASP authorisation in Bulgaria is expected to be the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission.
The intended prudential classification under MiCA is Class 2, subject to final legal and regulatory review.
