Pricing and order finality

Indicative quotes, deterministic finality

The proposed pricing model is designed to provide transparency at quote time while ensuring that the final execution price reflects market conditions at the moment of conversion.

Regulatory disclaimer

Credium Digital EAD is currently preparing and pursuing the authorisation process as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider under MiCA. The services described on this website are not currently offered, available or open to customers. They will only be provided after the required regulatory authorisation has been granted by the competent authority. This website is for informational and explanatory purposes only and is intended to describe the proposed business model.

Pre-agreed tolerance
Defined at quote time

Each conversion is executed within a tolerance band agreed with the client when the indicative quote is approved.

Transparent fees
Disclosed before execution

The applicable Credium fee is disclosed to the client at quote time and applied to each executed conversion.

Prices shown before receipt of funds or crypto-assets are indicative.

The final execution price is determined when funds or crypto-assets are physically converted.

Execution may use MiCA-regulated external liquidity providers, authorised financial institutions or Credium's internal asset inventory.

Credium Digital EAD aims to select the best reasonably available price within its approved liquidity network.

If the final execution price falls outside the pre-agreed tolerance, the transaction is not executed and refund/revert procedures apply, unless legal, sanctions or AML/CFT obligations require suspension or blocking.
